The event will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 6:30 to 9:30 at The Pond House (1555 Asylum Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117)

Plated Dinner Menu
– Appetizers – Lobster Mac & Cheese served in a mini tart shell, BBQ Pulled Pork & Cheese Popover, Truffle Risotto Balls served with sun dried tomato aioli.
– Pond House Field Green Salad – Young mixed greens with carrots, red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes, assorted peppers, toasted nuts and orange balsamic vinaigrette.
– Entree – Chicken Coq Au Vin an eight ounce frenched chicken breast simmered with mushrooms, onions, bacon, fresh herbs and red wine served over herbed rice.
– Vegetarian Option – Portobello Mushroom Wellington Balsamic grilled mushroom, exotic mushrooms and Gruyère cheese wrapped in puff pastry and served over sherry cream sauce.
– Dessert Tiramisu with sabayon, lady fingers, cocoa powder and espresso
– Cash Bar (soft drinks, coffee included)
