Who we are:  Creative Living is a non-profit organization with a mission to create a shared, inclusive living experience for individuals with and without developmental disabilities in a farm community, by focusing on the gifts of all in mutually rewarding relationships.  The farm community is the key element of our vision. 

The CLCC Farm Stand was opened in October 2020.  The Farmstand sells fruit and vegetables, arts and crafts, as well as products from local small businesses.  We will open May through October 2023 for our third full season.  We are seeking to hire multiple Agriculture Sales Associates  that would be available to work part-time at our Farm Stand between the  hours of operation Wednesday, 10 am – 2 pm, Thursday and Friday 10am – 6pm, or Saturday and Sunday’s 10 am – 3 pm.

What you will do:  As a sales associate you are responsible for providing good service to our customers and sell our wide range of fruits, vegetables, flowers, art items and other products. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers.
• Display merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain gardens bed.
• Learning about our products and communicate selling points to customers.

Qualifications include:

• Desire to learn to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Desire to learn point of sale computer operating system to assist with sales.
• Desire to learn more about operating a farm stand.
