CLCC Welcomes Lexie Gondek to Staff
Creative Living Community of Connecticut is pleased to welcome Alexandra (Lexie) Gondek to the staff as Operations Manager, as announced by Executive Director Patrick Byrne earlier this month. Lexie will handle all operations of the Greenhouse in Vernon and CLCC's farm property in Coventry.
Lexie Gondek was named Operations Manager of CLCC in December of 2019. She joins the staff focused on furthering the development of CLCC's agricultural businesses - the Greenhouse and Farm Property - and increasing engagement of adults with developmental disabilities in those businesses.
Lexie joins CLCC after two stints on Morning Glory Farm on Martha's Vineyard, one as the cut flowers farmer and another as a baker. Additionally, Lexie has experience in the restaurant industry and in several therapeutic facilities focused on adults with special needs; she was also an apprentice at Thyme Herbal in Conway, MA assisting with the planting and cultivation of medicinal herbs.
Lexie is a 2016 graduate of Lesley University; her degree is in Art Therapy with a Specialization in Holistic Psychology. She is a native of Glastonbury, CT.
