Introduction to Forest Bathing with certified guide, Beth Reel

June 23 & August 25 at 2:00-3:00 pm

Join us for an introduction to the research-based practice of forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku as it is known in Japan. During this session, we'll gently guide you in nature, inviting you to engage with your senses and connect with the natural world around you. Through mindful observation, deep breathing, and simple meditative practices, we'll tap into the restorative power of the forest, reducing stress, boosting mood, and enhancing overall well-being. No prior experience is necessary.

Please wear clothing that is appropriate for the weather conditions and bring water and bug spray if you wish. This session will take place unless we have thunder/lightning storms, high winds, or it is downpouring. Please bring your raincoat and water-resistant shoes if it is a damp day.
